1. Who We Are

Veilworks Media LLC ("Company") operates the Anonmee platform. We are incorporated in Delaware, USA. Our registered address is 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901.

2. Information We Collect

From registered users: username, email address (optional), encrypted password, role (creator or member), and subscription status.

From anonymous uploads: a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address combined with a server secret (cannot be reversed to your IP), your payout address (stored encrypted at rest), and the file(s) you upload.

Automatically: server access logs (request path, HTTP status, timestamp). We do not set third-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain the platform
• To process payouts to creators
• To verify age compliance and content policy
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• To respond to legal requests and comply with applicable law

4. Image Anonymization

All uploaded images are automatically processed to: (a) remove all EXIF metadata including GPS coordinates, device model, and timestamps; (b) detect and blur human faces using computer vision. Original unprocessed files are not stored after processing. The anonymized version is what is stored and served.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We may disclose data to law enforcement agencies when required by a valid legal process (court order, subpoena, or equivalent). We will notify affected users of such requests to the extent permitted by law.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us. Uploaded content files are retained on our servers in accordance with our content moderation obligations. Hashed IP logs are purged after 90 days.

7. Cookies

We use only a single session cookie strictly necessary to operate the platform (authentication state). We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@anonmee.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest for sensitive fields) and regularly review our security practices. No system is 100% secure; if you become aware of a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to security@anonmee.com.
