Notice of Claimed Infringement

Veilworks Media LLC ("Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe that material available on Anonmee.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Required Elements of a DMCA Notice

To be valid, your written notification must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (URL)
4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complaining party files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, the Company will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

Non-Consensual Content (NCII)

To report non-consensual intimate imagery (also known as "revenge porn"), email report@anonmee.com. We treat these reports with the highest priority and aim to process removal requests within 24 hours.
