Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Anonmee platform operated by Veilworks Media LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering or submitting content, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We comply fully with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and all applicable federal and state laws regarding age verification for sexually explicit material. All persons depicted in content submitted to this platform must be 18 years of age or older at the time of production.

3. Content Policy

Users may not upload, submit, or distribute content that:

• Depicts any person under 18 years of age in a sexual context
• Was obtained without the depicted person's explicit written consent
• Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn")
• Violates the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Depicts real, simulated, or implied violence, bestiality, or incest
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misrepresents the identity of any depicted person

The Company reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these policies, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

4. Creator Accounts and Earnings

Creators who upload content to the platform earn a revenue share based on their tier: Basic (60%), Premium (75%), and Elite (85%). Payouts are issued within 24 hours of content approval via the payout method selected at the time of upload. The Company reserves the right to withhold earnings from accounts suspected of fraud, policy violations, or chargebacks.

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. IBAN transfers may take 1–5 business days. The Company is not responsible for errors in cryptocurrency addresses provided by users.

6. Privacy and Anonymity

We strip EXIF/GPS metadata from all uploaded images and apply automated face-blurring technology. However, we do not guarantee complete anonymity. Users are responsible for ensuring their own privacy prior to upload. We store IP addresses as one-way cryptographic hashes and do not link financial transactions to identifiable personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

By uploading content to the platform, you grant Veilworks Media LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content on the platform for the purposes of operating the service. You retain full ownership of your content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veilworks Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
